Plant Manager

The Plant Manager leads all manufacturing operations at the Tualatin facility, directing production, maintenance, materials, quality, and logistics while serving as a key member of the leadership team. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, executing growth initiatives, managing the operations budget, and building a safe, high-performing organization focused on continuous improvement. The position oversees production planning, performance management, and supplier relationships to ensure delivery commitments are met.
