Plant Manager

The Plant Manager will lead the Dover, DE manufacturing site, overseeing safety, quality, cost management, and team development for a group of approximately 15 employees. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, this hands-on role involves managing budgets, capital projects, and cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Finance. The position requires a leader with a strong safety mindset, proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
