Plant Manager

The Plant Manager oversees the end-to-end operations of Pangeo's new aluminum die casting and machining plant in Vaughan, Ontario, ensuring safe, efficient, and orderly execution across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and financials. This build-and-run role involves leading the management team, driving key customer programs and process development, and fostering a diverse, high-performing team aligned with the company's culture. The position requires a hands-on operations leader who manages budgets, drives cost reduction, and leverages automation and data-driven decision-making to achieve plant KPIs.
