Plant Manager

The Plant Manager oversees all operations at the Barberton, OH and Darien, WI facilities, ensuring efficient production, compliance with industry standards, and achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. This on-site role reports to the Director of Industrial Coatings Operations and involves leading continuous improvement projects and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture. The position requires managing daily plant activities, maintaining a safe work environment, and driving productivity and OEE improvements.
