Plant Manager

Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all major departments, including safety, production, maintenance, and processing, within the company's Show Low, AZ facility. The role involves driving strategic and tactical continuous improvement processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and manage department expenses while ensuring a safe and sustainable manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will lead and develop a cross-trained workforce, implement process improvements, and assist in the research and development of new equipment and products.
