Plant MFG Operations

This role involves assisting in the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting day-to-day manufacturing process and equipment issues, and performing necessary maintenance and repairs. The position requires identifying and implementing system improvements to achieve throughput, yield, and product performance goals while participating in the training of production associates and technicians.
