This is a rotational, developmental program within The Andersons’ Plant Nutrient Group designed to provide broad exposure to the agricultural supply chain. The role prepares participants to understand core elements of the plant nutrient business and is intended to transition into an entry-level sales/commercial position within 8–12 months. It involves moving through different parts of the business and may require travel and relocation.
