Plant Operations Supervisor

This role directs and supervises plant operations on the 2nd shift to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, and financial goals. The position is responsible for overseeing safety, quality, production, and all other production-related activities within the facility. The supervisor ensures manufacturing objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining proper inventory accuracy and production standards.
