This role maintains a safe, reliable, and comfortable healthcare environment by performing daily corrective and preventative maintenance on building utility systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and medical gas systems. The position involves troubleshooting and repairing hospital-related equipment, responding to emergency maintenance calls, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and preferably over five years of building maintenance experience.
