Plant Operator

The Plant Operator is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient day-to-day operation and maintenance of a landfill-gas-to-energy facility, including gas turbines and Waukesha LFG engines. This role focuses on maximizing production, minimizing downtime, and ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and operational standards. The position involves monitoring equipment performance, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with various teams to maintain optimal site operations.
