Plant Operator

This position involves learning to perform routine technical work in operating the City's water production or wastewater collection and treatment plants under the direction of experienced Plant Operators. The role requires monitoring plant operations, maintaining compliance with regulations, performing preventive maintenance, and conducting laboratory tests to ensure effective water and wastewater management. The incumbent will also interact with customers regarding water quality complaints and maintain accurate operational records.
