About this role
The Plant Operator at Scotts Miracle-Gro is a member of the Canada Supply Chain team responsible for operating powered industrial trucks, front-end loaders, and other equipment to move, prepare and stage products and raw materials. The role supports continuous production supply, prepares organic mixes, monitors stockpiles, and reports to the Site Supervisor while working with site management.
