Plant Quality Manager

The Plant Quality Manager leads all aspects of quality management for an EV battery manufacturing facility, developing and executing the plant quality strategy, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring products meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards. This highly visible, floor‑present role partners with production, engineering, supply chain, and customers to monitor metrics, resolve defects, and sustain corrective actions.
