Plant Sanitarian

The Plant Sanitarian is responsible for developing and executing the brewery cleaning and sanitation program, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) initiatives, to support the Quality Business Needs and Food Safety Plan. This role involves leading the Master Cleaning Program, conducting audits, and facilitating continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and food safety standards. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to manage results and drive technical improvements within the Toronto Brewery.
