Plant Support Systems Manager

This position provides management and technical oversight to a team of engineers developing Plant Support Systems for the Xe-100 power plant. The role involves leading project design cycles, managing engineering resources across multiple projects, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design work products. It also includes supporting business development efforts and assessing internal and external business challenges to recommend best practices.
