About this role
The Reliability Tech Lead (Plant T1, Tufting) maintains and improves the capacity and efficiency of tufting and related manufacturing equipment in assigned plant areas. The role leads and mentors reliability and maintenance staff, supports proactive maintenance planning, and may act as a relief maintenance/reliability supervisor. Works first shift to ensure safe operations and equipment readiness.
