About this role
POET is hiring a Plant Technician to support continuous operations in a highly automated bioprocessing/chemical production facility that converts renewable resources into bioethanol and other sustainable products. The role is a 12-hour rotating day/night shift position and involves working across plant, laboratory, and office environments while supporting safe, reliable plant operations. This position offers additional compensation opportunities such as overtime, profit sharing, and value share bonuses.
