Plant Trainer

The Plant Trainer supports the development of plant employees through effective onboarding, technical training, coaching, and skills development. This role partners with plant and department leadership to facilitate knowledge transfer, deliver planned training, and identify informal opportunities to share best practices. The position serves as a recognized Subject Matter Expert, promoting safe, consistent, and high-quality work practices while demonstrating BAC's core values.
