The Plant Training Coordinator oversees training for Operations, Quality, and technical roles, ensuring new hires complete induction and current staff undergo cross-training and process change training. This role collaborates with HR and plant leadership to maintain accurate training materials, align training plans with corporate standards, and leverage local and state training programs.
