This entry-level hourly position serves as the starting point for roles within the plant, focusing on cleaning and filling operator duties across various areas. The role requires strong communication and writing skills, along with the ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts. After completing a training period, the employee will fill different operator positions throughout the facility.
