Plant/Production Manager-Construction Materials

The Plant/Production Manager will oversee all aspects of plant production operations for a leading precast concrete manufacturer, managing multiple departments such as plant operations, mold shop, inventory, finishing, stripping, and batch plant. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role focuses on production planning, Lean manufacturing, quality, safety, financial performance, and team development to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and profitably.
