Plant/Production Manager

The Plant/Production Manager oversees all aspects of plant production operations, from pre-production planning and scheduling through project completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget. This role leads multiple production departments, including Plant Operations, Mold Shop, and Batch Plant functions, while collaborating with quality, safety, and engineering teams to optimize workflows and maximize profitability. The position focuses on driving continuous improvement, implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
