Plastics Process Technician

The Plastics Process Technician serves as a technical expert for sheet extrusion and injection molding equipment, ensuring efficient production and quality control under the direction of the Production Manager. This role involves performing equipment startups, tooling changeovers, minor mechanical and electrical repairs, and process adjustments to maintain operational schedules. The position requires collaboration with machine operators, engineers, and maintenance personnel to troubleshoot issues and implement safety and efficiency improvements.
