A Platform and Compute Support Engineer at Logicalis is responsible for maintaining availability and reliability of enterprise cloud, managed private cloud, and managed services environments. The role focuses on ensuring server, storage, network, and hypervisor components run smoothly while working incidents, problems, requests and changes in line with ITIL principles. The engineer supports a 24/7 shift rota, participates in high-urgency incident resolution and collaborates with Project, Transition and Service Delivery teams to onboard new customers and technologies.
