About this role

LendingTree is seeking a Platform Engineer to build, automate, and operate a cloud-based data platform with a primary focus on Snowflake, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure services. This hands-on engineering role involves partnering with Data Engineering and Infrastructure teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence through automation and modern deployment practices. The position requires strong scripting skills and experience administering Snowflake environments while supporting ETL/ELT pipelines and streaming technologies.

Responsibilities

Operate and continuously improve cloud-based data platform with focus on Snowflake
Build automation to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for database and platform deployments
Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and cost proactively
Participate in on-call rotation to support production data platform services

Skills

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related field4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps
