Platform Engineer

This role focuses on shaping the platform and infrastructure foundations that product teams use, balancing standardization with team autonomy while improving the complete engineering development loop. The position involves defining and driving engineering standards for automated testing, infrastructure as code, and secure software delivery, alongside building shared tooling and golden paths to reduce friction across the organization. The role also requires owning secure delivery practices end-to-end and monitoring the evolving security landscape, particularly regarding AI coding agents. The successful candidate will measure the effectiveness of platform initiatives through DORA metrics and provide hands-on technical leadership while remaining deeply involved in code and infrastructure implementation.
