LMI is seeking a Platform Engineer to support IronSled, a Platform as a Service (PaaS) designed to host applications in secure federal environments. You will join a small, cross-functional engineering team responsible for supporting tenants, maintaining platform reliability, and continuously improving the platform's capabilities and user experience. Your primary focus will be supporting the teams that build, deploy, and operate applications on IronSled, taking ownership of technical issues and service requests while troubleshooting problems across the platform. You will also collaborate with other platform engineers to resolve complex issues, improve system reliability, and identify opportunities to reduce recurring support needs.
