Platform Engineering Leader

This role leads the platform engineering team for New Co, an AI-native product organization within Capgemini Financial Services, owning the shared infrastructure that supports claims, payments, and health product lines. The leader is responsible for the strategic vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle of the agentic AI floor and shared product services. The position requires a hands-on engineer-leader with deep expertise in modern AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, and regulated industry compliance.
