The Platform Manager is the senior technical and strategic lead for enterprise customers, accountable for the structural integrity and business value delivery of the Celonis platform. This role bridges deep data engineering and C‑level strategy, defining architecture and cloud strategy while driving modernization and enterprise-scale adoption. The manager serves as the single point of accountability for the customer’s technical and value roadmap and partners across Product, Engineering, and customer leadership to resolve high‑stakes issues and shape long‑term transformation.
