Platform Security Operations Manager

The Platform Security Operations Manager leads the Platform Security team and manages the AI Factory's Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) to detect, respond to, and recover from security incidents across Firmus' AI infrastructure. This hands-on leadership role oversees 24/7 security on-call operations, incident response planning, and the implementation of security controls to ensure the defensible growth of the AI Factory. The position requires directing senior engineers during incidents, managing security evidence, and driving post-incident improvements.
