Platform Solutions & Operations (PSO) Specialist

The PSO Specialist role focuses on investigating and resolving complex data-related issues through detailed log analysis and data validation within Databricks. This position serves as the primary technical liaison between Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure accurate issue identification and efficient resolution of data discrepancies across multiple media platforms and internal systems. The specialist is responsible for monitoring data flows, performing root cause analysis, and developing operational troubleshooting documentation to improve overall data accuracy and customer experience.
