Platform Technical Direction

This role guides the technical direction of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) platforms, overseeing the end-to-end process from requirements and design to build, first flight, and qualification. The position involves building performance models, selecting propulsion components, and owning guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) tuning for rotorcraft and fixed-wing aircraft. Additionally, the role includes leading flight test campaigns and mentoring the testing and quality assurance team to ensure vehicle reliability and safety.
