About this role
A Play Invention Intern at LEGO’s Creative Play Lab in Singapore will join the Play Discovery department for a paid six-month internship (Jan–Jun 2026). The role immerses students in early-stage ideation, concept development and prototyping to explore new physical and digital play opportunities. Interns are mentored by experienced designers and inventors and contribute fresh perspectives to innovation missions across the organisation.
