Player Development Services Coordinator

This position coordinates workflow within the Player Development department and across other property departments to deliver a Five Star Experience to guests and team members. The role involves generating attendance for special events, resolving customer disputes, and evaluating casino activity to determine complimentary items. Additionally, the employee maintains professional relationships with patrons to expand the player development base and ensures compliance with all internal control standards.
