Player Services Representative

This role serves as the face of MCR for new hires and team members, supervising Player Services Representatives while promoting positive guest relations and exemplifying company values. The position involves representing the Marketing Department on the casino floor, managing player tracking disputes, and coordinating casino promotions and off-site events. Additionally, the role requires maintaining the Muckleshoot Rewards database, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
