Playworker

The Playworker creates open-ended, child-directed play opportunities for Adventure Play at The Parish School, providing a safe and welcoming environment for children to explore through self-directed play. This part-time role involves collaborating with the Adventure Play team to ensure children's health and well-being while maintaining the playground and conducting risk assessments. The position requires a flexible and patient individual who can respond to children's ideas in a non-judgmental manner.
