PLM & Digital Engineering Manager

The PLM & Digital Engineering Manager leads the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of Digital Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Digital Thread capabilities across the global engineering organization. This role provides leadership for engineering process integration, enterprise engineering platforms, product data governance, and system integrations to drive user adoption and long-term ownership of digital solutions. The position combines technical leadership, delivery coordination, supplier management, and team development to optimize end-to-end engineering processes.
