A Journeyman Plumber at Aro Homes is responsible for overseeing all plumbing work across single-family residential construction sites, from rough-in to final installation. Additionally, the plumber will mentor less experienced team members and maintain high standards for tools and equipment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship or technical training program preferred
- Journeyman-Level Experience: Minimum 7 years of residential plumbing experience with proven expertise in new single-family home construction
- Strong working knowledge of the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) or other applicable plumbing standards
- Advanced proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe cutters, threaders, and pressure testing equipment. Skills in brazing are preferred.
