The PM C2 Fielding Site Lead at Leidos provides instruction in both classroom and field environments on assigned systems to Warfighters and customers. This role supports program lifecycle transitions by leading training validations, reviews, and integrated collective exercises for the CPI2 program. The position involves developing training materials, executing demonstrations, and providing expert support for Command Post integration and system-of-systems operations.

Responsibilities

Provide formal classroom and field instruction on assigned systems
Assist with development and review of Training Support Packages
Support Validation and Verification events and Operational Tests
Execute integrated collective validation exercises with Command Post SME
Provide Command Post experience for new equipment training and integration
