The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planner is a hands-on Electrical Engineer responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive maintenance across the plant’s production line, including raw material handling, extruder, calendar, and bead sections. The role serves as the link between maintenance execution and production to ensure equipment reliability, minimized downtime, and sustained performance. The position is based at a plant location within Goodyear’s manufacturing operations.
