The PM Shift-Packaging Relief Operator is responsible for properly packaging finished cheese products according to packaging instructions while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role involves operating various packaging equipment, boxing finished products, and maintaining the packaging room to 5S standards for a safe and efficient operation. The operator assists the Packaging Lead Person and Scale Operator as needed and ensures compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
