PMC I&C Construction Engineer

This role serves as the Owner's representative within the PMC team, overseeing and ensuring that all construction activities executed by EPC contractors are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with ADNOC standards. The position involves monitoring construction activities, championing safety culture, ensuring quality assurance, and managing contractor performance on large-scale oil and gas projects. The engineer will also support commissioning, handover, and interface coordination across engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
