PMC I&C Construction Engineer

This role serves as the Owner's representative within the PMC team, overseeing and ensuring that all construction activities executed by EPC contractors are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with ADNOC standards. The position involves monitoring construction execution, championing HSE leadership, managing quality assurance, and coordinating with engineering and commissioning teams to support project delivery. The successful candidate will act as the primary interface with contractors, track progress against baseline schedules, and facilitate the handover and commissioning of systems.
