PMEL Officer

The PMEL Officer will serve as IFAW's dedicated monitoring, evaluation, and learning resource for Europe/USA programmes, designing MEL frameworks, managing data collection and analysis, and facilitating learning and adaptive management. Reporting to the Director of Impact, Evaluation and Learning, the role operates on a hybrid schedule with at least two days per week in The Hague and requires strong cross‑time‑zone collaboration and self‑direction.
