About this role
The PMG Surgery Scheduler coordinates and manages scheduling of surgical procedures, aligning patient needs, provider availability, hospital/ASC resources, and insurance authorizations. The role ensures case accuracy from creation to completion, maintains surgical schedules, and communicates with patients and clinical teams to facilitate preoperative preparations and postoperative follow-up. It is a full-time, onsite position based at Presbyterian Rust Medical Center.
