The PMO Analyst serves as a core member of the Project Management Office, providing planning, reporting, tracking, risk management, and governance support for IT Transition and Change programmes. This proactive role involves interrogating data to identify inconsistencies, flagging emerging risks, and ensuring accurate reporting to enable confident programme management. The position requires adapting to different operational rhythms while collaborating with workstream leads and stakeholders to maintain programme controls.

Responsibilities

Maintain integrated programme plans, milestones, dependencies, and key trackers
Produce accurate programme reports, dashboards, and governance packs for stakeholders
Support financial tracking including budgets, actuals, forecasts, and variance analysis
