PMO Closeout Supervisor

The PMO Closeout Supervisor supervises, trains, and supports the closeout team to ensure adherence to quality standards through comprehensive documentation, training, and process refinement. This role manages day-to-day closeout execution, including notifications of completion, pole owner inspections, construction corrections, as-built record sets, and GIS updates, while reporting performance to management. The position requires strong leadership, technical skills in document control and project closeout, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to facilitate timely project acceptance.
