PMO Lead

The PMO Lead will establish and manage a Controlling PMO function to set delivery standards, maintain portfolio visibility, and support senior management in unblocking project risks. This hands-on role involves coaching Programme and Project Managers, enforcing governance processes, and consolidating portfolio-level reporting to ensure consistent and accurate oversight. The position requires acting as a bridge between delivery teams and leadership to drive accountability and successful project outcomes.
