PMO Manager

The PMO Manager leads and scales the Project Management Office, serving as both a senior Project Manager and people leader responsible for managing a team of Project Managers. This role establishes standards, governance, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of Enterprise Health implementations from pre-sale through go-live. The position drives accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio while managing resource allocation and stakeholder communication.
