PMO & Planning Lead

Morecambe Net Zero is seeking a PMO & Planning Lead to establish and lead the project management office for its decarbonisation portfolio, providing governance and decision support across the full project lifecycle. The role involves maintaining project schedules, risk registers, and change control processes while supporting project managers in ensuring schedule and cost compliance. This position requires expertise in Primavera P6 planning software and extensive experience in PMO leadership for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
